Nothing is more important than the health of our employees in the villas and our guests. With that in mind, we’ve taken all the necessary steps to ensure that our booking policy supports that.
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a lot of reservations to go through this spring and summer and/or you postpone your Bali holiday plans for a while. That’s why we’ve put in place a flexible booking policy to support existing villa reservations and bookings.
For guests who do not suffer from travel restrictions and who want to stay in one of our beautiful villas, this is possible but a ‘Certificate of Health’ must be demonstrated. This is for the safety of our employees in the villa and to prevent the spread of the virus.
Existing bookings and deferrals
If you have already made a booking with us and your stay is coming up but your travel plans have changed, please let us know as soon as possible via email@example.com. Please mention your booking number. We currently offer all our guests:
– Postponement of the villa stay until a new date up to 1 year after original booking
– Exemption from regular deferral costs (when the booking is moved to a similar period)
We do our best to provide everyone with appropriate service. Given the current duration of travel restrictions, we are still waiting to postpone bookings from July.
This policy will remain in place until our guests from all over the world can travel confidently and safely without having to worry about travel bans or restrictions in Bali.
