After we have received your reservation application we will release you directly, by means of e-mail, to know if the requested villa is still available.
After the receipt of your confirmation we will send you a provisional reservation by email. This provisional reservation will be accepted as soon as we have received the first down payment within the applying period, generally 5 days, and with the receipt of this payment your booking will be final. If the first payment is not received within the called period, the reservation will expire and we will be free to rent the accommodation to another party. The remaining amount also should be paid within the applying period, generally 6 weeks before arrival. If the payment is overdue we can dissolve the agreement, without refund of the advance payment. If the reservation has been agreed within 6 weeks before arrival, the total rent and deposit needs to be paid in full. Payments occur by transfer to the bank account of the villa owner or by PayPal.
Deposit and energy costs
Unless agreed otherwise, the rent includes energy costs. If a deposit applies, this will usually be € 150.00, will be reimbursed within 2 weeks after the end of the rental period, after deduction of any amounts for damage or repairs.
If you have to cancel unexpected, following annulment costs are chargeable;
- Up to 6 weeks for commencement of the hiring period 50% of the rent
- After 6 weeks for commencement of the hiring period the complete rent
A cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
The agreement which has contracted is related to the accommodation which is rented and where the number of beds gives the maximum filling which cannot be exceeded. On the first hiring day the accommodation will be available from 14.00 hrs. and has become to leave on the last hiring day at 11.00 hrs. If the tenant comes lack of or late or leaves the accommodation before the end of the hiring period, no refund takes place.
The data description of the accommodation and surroundings is personally and subjective and landlord accepts no liability for descriptions and impressions. Tenant cannot make landlord responsible for damage to persons or goods and for this tenant has to conclude travel insurance. Landlord can be put only responsible if damage is to blame to grove debt or set-up.
Tenant must leave the accommodation timely and in the same state as at the start of the hiring period. At do not comply with this, landlord is allowed to settle possible costs with the guarantee if these apply to the accommodation.
