Terms and conditions

Bali Bungalow Rent acts as an intermediary between the owner and tenant of the holiday villa/bungalow and as such is authorized by the owner to rent out the villa on their behalf.

Bali Bungalow Rent acts as a representative of the villa.

After we have received your reservation request, we will let you know as soon as possible, by e-mail, whether the villa you want is still available. If you confirm to us that you want to rent the villa, we will send you a provisional reservation for this. The provisional reservation is accepted as a booking as soon as the first deposit, generally 50% of the rent, has been paid by you within the applicable period (usually 5 days) and therefore your booking is final.

If your first payment is not made within the aforementioned period, the reservation will lapse and we are free to rent the accommodation to another party.

The remaining amount must also be paid within the applicable period, usually 6 weeks before arrival. In the event of late payment, we can dissolve the agreement without refund of the advance payment.

If a booking takes place within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rent, possibly increased by the deposit, must be paid in one go.

Payments are made by bank transfer to the account number Bali Bungalow Rent.

In case a deposit applies, it is in many cases € 150.00 which will be refunded within 2 weeks after termination of the rental period, after deduction of any damage or repair.

In the unlikely event that you have to cancel, you will owe the following cancellation costs;

  • Up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period a maximum of 50% of the rental price
  • After 6 weeks before the start of the rental period the full rental price

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

The agreement that is entered into relates to the accommodation that is rented whereby the number of beds as a maximum occupancy number may not be exceeded.

On the first rental day, the accommodation is available from 14:00 and must be vacated at 11:00 no later than 11:00 on the last rental day. If the tenant does not arrive or arrives too late or leaves the accommodation before the end of the rental period, no refund will take place.

The given description of the accommodation and environment are personal and subjective and the landlord accepts no liability for descriptions and impressions.

The lessee indemnifies the lessor against claims from third parties regarding damage to persons or goods and must take out travel insurance for this himself.

The lessor can only be held liable if damage is due to gross negligence or intent.

The tenant must deliver the accommodation on time and in the same condition as at the start of the rental period. In case of non-compliance with this, the landlord can set off any costs with the guarantee if it applies to the accommodation.
