Reservation/Payment
After we have received your reservation request, we will let you know as soon as possible, by e-mail, whether the villa you want is still available. If you confirm to us that you want to rent the villa, we will send you a provisional reservation for this. The provisional reservation is accepted as a booking as soon as the first deposit, generally 50% of the rent, has been paid by you within the applicable period (usually 5 days) and therefore your booking is final.
If your first payment is not made within the aforementioned period, the reservation will lapse and we are free to rent the accommodation to another party.
The remaining amount must also be paid within the applicable period, usually 6 weeks before arrival. In the event of late payment, we can dissolve the agreement without refund of the advance payment.
If a booking takes place within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rent, possibly increased by the deposit, must be paid in one go.
Payments are made by bank transfer to the account number Bali Bungalow Rent.
